Profile:
Philippe LALUYAUX is the CEO of CLIP CARD SAS. He is a specialist for processing private and bank transactions. He has a strong knowledge of the Electronic Fund Transfer industry and of the smart cards applications. He has been involved in the creation of the « Groupement cartes à mémoire ». He is also co-founder of the CONCERT in 1986 (National Committee for the Certification of Electronic Payment Terminals). In 1990, he set up TRANSTEL : an EFT POS terminals company. Among others, TRANSTEL has created and developed products with the major French Banks like BNP (Promptel), CREDIT AGRICOLE (Carte Contact), CREDIT LYONNAIS (Liontel),
SOCIETE GENERALE (cash withdrawal with foreign bank cards in French banks branches) and CREDIT DU NORD (Noractel). Philippe LALUYAUX graduated at the ESSEC Business School.

Project 1:
“Clip Card : The smart cards system for processing parking and traffic tickets”
Nowadays it is quite expensive and exacting to issue and process parking and traffic
tickets. The solution: The Clip Card system in order to: Replace the paper tickets by smart cards that can be clipped to the windshield wipers. Have traffic wardens or policemen recording the tickets on portable terminals. Have the offenders paying the tickets on outdoor kiosks or on dedicated terminals in dedicated places or on mobiles or on Internet... Have all traffic violation tickets processing operations automated.
